Amber Shanahan
With over a decade at Quartix, including management roles, Amber brings exceptional depth of knowledge across the company's telematics products and services. In her current field-based role, she works closely with larger accounts to ensure implementations are set up to meet each customer's specific needs, supporting key stakeholders through onboarding, system training, and beyond. Amber's focus is on making sure every fleet gets the full value of what the platform can do, and that the people using it day-to-day have the tools and confidence to drive positive change.
Naomi Nye
Naomi has been heavily involved in the adoption of electric vehicles and EV charging infrastructure from the outset, holding senior sales positions for over a decade. In 2020 and 2025, the EV Summit recognised her contribution to the evolution of EV by naming her one of the most influential women in the industry. In December 2024, celebrating her specialist knowledge, passion and support for customers and peers, Naomi was named as one of GreenFleet’s EV Champions. In 2025, she entered the Greenfleet 100 list of most influential people in EV and rose to number 50 in 2026. Now working for Drax Electric Vehicles as Head of Sales, she currently leads the sales team helping customers develop their strategic plans for EV roll-out, ensuring the programme is effective and legislative requirements are fully met.
Stuart Russell
Stuart Russell has worked in the vehicle rental sector for more than 3 decades and has a wealth of knowledge about the role it can play in helping businesses manage their mobility requirements, flexibly and cost-effectively. In particular, Stuart has extensive experience in the commercial vehicle sector. In his current role, as Business Development Director at Europcar, he is helping customers plan their transition from ICE to electric, with a focus on fleet flexibility and agility.
