As a Ford Fleet customer, you are assigned a Ford Fleet Business Manager, who's aim is to develop an understanding of your business so that a long-term business relationship can be developed with you.

Your Business Manager can help guide you through areas such as Vehicle Specification & Options, Maintenance & Repair and Leasing Arrangements - as well as identifying suitable Car and Commercial vehicles.

Your Fleet Business Manager is supported by the Ford Fleet Business Centre, a team of experienced individuals that support the day to day operations of our fleet team and can also be a point of contact for any business queries or questions your might have - from arranging a vehicle demonstration, to clarifying product queries.
