A high-tech Remote Business Account Manager role has been launched for customers.
Renault has launched a pioneering new role which will see a dedicated Remote Account Manager giving clients electronic access at any time of the day, five days of the week.
Zdenka Sefton is Renault’s first office-based Business Account Manager and can be contacted via all forms of electronic communication including Skype, Facetime, Livechat and other forms of video conferencing.
‘The idea is that this role allows us to engage with more customers more frequently, at a time which suits them,” said Head of Fleet Sales Operations and Remarketing Mark Dickens. “It replicates the role of the field manager, but is office based and is designed to help those clients – mostly SMEs - who are time-poor and would rather communicate with us remotely about new products, new services and information on electric vehicles and other area of fleet management.”
Mark says it is not a role intended to replace any of the field sales staff and for any customer that wants a face-to-face meeting with the Renault team out on the road, that option is still available. Instead, it complements the recently-expanded operation and offers a new way of working for those who want to use it.
